HOLIEN, KENNETH,
Kenneth "Ken" John Holien, 68 of Louisville, passed away on Thursday, September 14, 2016.
He was a member of the KYANA car club, an Army veteran of the Vietnam War, a graduate of Spaulding University where he earned a B.S. degree in social work. He worked as a social worker for the Jefferson County dept. of corrections and the Plymouth Community Renewal Center.
Ken is preceded in death by his parents and his brother Richard Holien.
He is survived by his loving wife and best friend, Pam Holien, their children, Paul Holien (Kristy)...

He is survived by his loving wife and best friend, Pam Holien, their children, Paul Holien (Kristy) and Mark Holien, siblings, Mary Walden (Bob) and Jean Haringer (Carl), grandchildren, Kamren, Kaleb and Kendall.
A funeral to celebrate Ken's life will be conducted at 1:30 pm on Sunday, September 18, 2016 in the chapel of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Rd. Entombment will be at Resthaven Memorial Park. Guests are invited to attend a visitation from 11:30 until service time on Sunday, September 18, 2016.
