Cosby, Lucille Molly, 88, of Grant Parish, Louisiana entered into eternal rest on June 5, 2017 in Louisville, KY. Lucille was a very special and beautiful lady who embodied character and grace. She was loved and admired by many. Lucille was a devoted wife and grandmother. She will be joyfully remembered as a strong woman who overcame many challenges throughout her life, a proud Christian who lived by the motto, "Gods' will be done", a caretaker and animal lover. Lucille was a caretaker to several family members and many friends. Lucille also enjoyed rescuing animals...

Cosby, Lucille Molly, 88, of Grant Parish, Louisiana entered into eternal rest on June 5, 2017 in Louisville, KY. Lucille was a very special and beautiful lady who embodied character and grace. She was loved and admired by many. Lucille was a devoted wife and grandmother. She will be joyfully remembered as a strong woman who overcame many challenges throughout her life, a proud Christian who lived by the motto, "Gods' will be done", a caretaker and animal lover. Lucille was a caretaker to several family members and many friends. Lucille also enjoyed rescuing animals and nursed them back to health.
Preceding her in death is her husband; Nathan W. Cosby, her father and mother; Ted V. Reeves and Alta Maxwell-Reeves-Lasyone, sister; Mildred Evelyn Schramm and brother; Joe Paul Reeves. All from Louisiana.
Left to cherish Lucille's memory is her daughter; Terrie Lea Holmes (Ed L. Holmes) of Louisville, grand-daughter; Terra Kelley-White, four great-grandchildren; Natalea, Makhi, Levi, Alahna White and great-great-grandchild; Sophia White. She will also be missed by her fur baby, Tinkerbell and several extended family members.
Visitation for Lucille will be held on Friday, June 9, 2017 from 11:00am-2:00pm at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven. A celebration of Lucille's life will be held on Friday, June 9, 2017 at 2:00pm at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven with entombment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park, 4400 Bardstown Rd. Louisville, KY.
